1. How long does order processing take?

All orders are processed within 3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

3. Can I cancel or change my order after it’s been placed?

No. Once an order is placed, it is final and cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.

4. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

5. What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at clickhypeco@gmail.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. Claims submitted after 48 hours will not be reviewed.

6. I entered the wrong shipping address. What can I do?

Please double-check your address before placing your order. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
