Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3 business days. This includes order confirmation, quality checks, and packaging. You will receive an email with tracking details once your order ships.
Shipping Time
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 7–10 business days depending on your location and carrier transit times.
- Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
- Shipping times may vary due to high demand or unexpected carrier delays.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Shipping Address Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete.
We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your order shows as delivered but you did not receive it:
- Check with neighbors, your mailbox, or building management.
- Contact the shipping carrier directly for support.
ClickHype Co. is not liable for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.
No Cancellations or Modifications
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded.
